      1、具有造價員資格證;
      2、能熟練編制、審核工程預(結)算、工程標底及工程量清單計價,3、熟練運用辦公及工程計量、計價軟件;
      熟悉國家和項目所在地造價管理法規、有施工現場管理經驗、有較強的工作責任心和良好的職業道德。
    • 機電總工 4 人 全日制大專 8年以上
      任職要求:
      1、給排水、暖通相關專業或以上學歷;
      2、8年以上大中型房地產項目相關工作經驗,且有暖通工程現場實務經驗;
      3、有相關專業中級以上職稱;
      4、有責任心及嚴謹的職業操守和團隊合作精神;
      5、能夠獨立完成編制、審核、優化施工圖紙、施工計劃等工作。
    • 媒介策劃主管 4 人 不限 3年以上
      任職要求:
      1、熟悉媒介投放各模塊流程、品牌推廣流程,能獨立完成項目媒介方案;
      2、責任心強、工作嚴謹、善于溝通、友善他人。
    • 文案策劃主管 4 人 不限 1年以上
      任職要求:
      1、具備基本的網絡知識,具有扎實的文字功底和活躍的創意思維;
      2、有良好的文字表達能力,較強的活動策劃能力,扎實的中文寫作功底;
      3、具備較強的收集行業信息和分析能力;
      4、能獨立完成文案及軟文的撰寫廣告、新聞、中文、傳媒相關專業及相關工作經驗優先錄用;
    • 采購文員 4 人 全日制大專 不限
      任職要求:
      1、有較強的溝通協調能力;

      任職要求:
